TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Organizer The contest is organized by Eugen Lägler GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2. Eligibility Employees, dealers, branches, and partners of the Organizer, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for whether participation is legally permissible in the participant’s country. By participating, the participant confirms that they comply with the local legal regulations.

3. Participation To participate in the contest, participants must place one of the stickers provided by the Organizer in any location* and submit a photo or video showing the sticker to the Organizer via QR code, website, or email (marketing@laglersanders.com). Submission deadlines are March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31. The photo or video material must be created by the participant themselves. *) By participating, the participant explicitly agrees that they are solely responsible for the lawful placement of the sticker (e.g., no placement on someone else’s property without permission). Note: Participants may voluntarily share their content on their own social media channels and tag the official profiles of Lägler North America (@laglerna).

4. Consent for Use By participating, the participant agrees that the submitted photo and video material may be used by the Organizer free of charge for advertising and commercial purposes (e.g., website, social media, print media). Additionally, the participant agrees to receive marketing emails and newsletters from the Organizer. This consent can be revoked at any time.

5. Prize The winner of each quarterly round will receive a LÄGLER voucher worth $700 (net). • The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. • The voucher can only be redeemed with Lägler North America.

6. Winner Selection The winner will be selected based on the submitted material by an internal jury of the Organizer. The evaluation will consider the following criteria: • Creativity: How original is the placement of the sticker? • Quality: How appealing is the photo or video? • Message: How well is the uniqueness of the LÄGLER brand conveyed? In the case of equally rated entries, the Organizer reserves the right to determine the winner by drawing lots.

7. Announcement of the Winner Winners will be selected in the month following the end of each quarter (April, July, October, January). The winner will be notified by phone and/or email. If no response is received within 14 days, a new winner will be selected.

8. Data Protection Data collected as part of the contest will be used exclusively for the execution of the contest and for sending marketing emails and newsletters. Data will not be shared with third parties.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or cancel the contest at any time if required for legal or organizational reasons.

10. Legal Recourse Legal recourse is excluded. German law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Sales Convention (CISG), including for participants residing outside Germany.
